Avrupa Palyatif Derne\u011fi k\u0131sa s\u00fcre \u00f6nce palyatif sedasyonla ilgili eylem tavsiyelerini g\u00fcncellenmi\u015f bir y\u00f6nergede yay\u0131mlad\u0131 ve bu konuda bir g\u00fcncelleme almaktan mutluluk duyuyoruz. Palyatif Bak\u0131m, rahats\u0131z edici semptomlar\u0131n hafifletilmesinden \u00e7ok daha fazlas\u0131n\u0131 ifade eder. Ya\u015fam\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftiren bir te\u015fhis konulan hastalar\u0131n sadece k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131na, sonraki ya\u015famlar\u0131 i\u00e7in istekleri ve hedefleri sorulmaktad\u0131r.
